If your alarm shows a fault or behaves differently, note the model, the message on the keypad and when it started. Contact our team so we can discuss the issue and arrange a technician if needed.
Our user manuals can help you find the correct instructions for your panel. If you are unsure about a fault or an instruction, contact us before making changes. Never share alarm codes or passwords in an enquiry.
Regular servicing helps check that your alarm is working as intended. We can check detection, battery condition, sirens and monitoring communication where applicable, then explain any maintenance or replacement recommendations.

For urgent alarm assistance, call 09 478 8567 and leave a message as directed. The existing service provides an after-hours emergency contact facility. If there is an immediate threat to life or safety, call 111.
